1. Data Collection

We collect the following types of information:

1.1. Account Data

Email (for authorization and communication). Username (display name). Profile photo (if provided or uploaded via Google Auth).

1.2. User Content

Texts, scripts, uploaded files (video/audio for transcription), social media links that you enter into the Service for processing by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Generated content (carousels, PDF, images).

1.3. Technical Data

IP address, browser type, device data (for security and analytics). Cookies and session data.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our Service uses third-party AI (LLM) provider technologies to deliver functionality (formatting, copywriting, analysis): Groq Inc. (text request processing) and OpenAI (additional models).

3. Data Processing Purposes

We use your data for:

Providing access to Service functionality (carousel creation, transcription). Processing payments and subscriptions. Improving algorithm quality (error analysis). Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Payments and Transactions

We do not store your complete bank card data. Payment processing is handled through certified providers: Lava.top (for RUB/USD/EUR payments) and Stripe (for international cards). Payment providers receive only the information necessary for transaction processing.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database hosting and authentication). AI providers: Groq, OpenAI (anonymized task context only). As required by law: In case of official law enforcement requests.

6. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase uses AWS infrastructure). We use encryption (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. Account access is protected via modern OAuth protocols (Google) or Magic Link.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Deletion ("Right to be forgotten"): Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export: Download your data in machine-readable format.

8. Social Media Data (Parsing)

When using social media analysis features (Parsing/Analytics), the Service processes only publicly available data (Public Data) posted by users in open access, in strict accordance with the terms of use of the respective platforms.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notification in the Service interface.

Instagram Data Processing

When you connect your Instagram account to ViralExpert, we access:

• Your profile information (username, account type, follower count)
• Your media (Reels, posts, carousels) and their public metrics
• Insights on your own content (views, likes, saves, shares, comments, profile visits, follows attributed to posts)

We do NOT access:

• Your direct messages
• Content from other users
• Data from accounts you don't own

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and retained for up to 90 days after you disconnect your Instagram account. You can request immediate deletion at any time via support@viralexpert.app or through the automated deletion endpoint.
